Paul Burgon, the CEO of Vortechs Management is an operations and investment professional who has invested over $3 billion in almost 100 companies at high rates of return. He has spent his career in mergers and acquisitions, public and private investments, and managing small companies. Paul was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at Steel Partners Holdings, a public holding company, and Director of Corporate Development at Danaher. At Steel Partners, Paul led 30 acquisitions and divestitures worth $1.4 billion. At Danaher, Paul led 50 transactions worth approximately $1.7 billion and helped create the current Danaher acquisition system, which was named one of the best in the country by Institutional Investor magazine. Paul currently serves on the Board of Trustees of Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions and serves on the Board of Directors of Wasatch Educational Inc, the parent company of Rocky Mountain University, where he is a lead independent director.
